I had a fantastic experience at The Bridal Boutique! This was my first (and only!) stop. Our stylist was super helpful at helping me find my dream dress. I attended during a Martina Liana preview show and ended up purchasing one of the dresses! The interior is absolutely beautiful and a girls dream!
The boutique also will steam your dress 2x for free! I got it steamed the week of the wedding. You can tell the owners love what they do and are professional. I was never worried about my dress!

The experience with Bridal Boutique start to finish was amazing! The team works so hard to make your dress shopping as stress free and magical as possible! Angela was my stylist and she helped me feel my best and make sure I found the dress of my dreams! The location is so cute and clean, the staff is super friendly and professional. My dress was perfect and I could not have asked for a better experience!

This was by far the most amazing experience I have ever had. Marianne was AMAZING from the second we walked in the door. I highly suggest this shop to any bride - this is a MUST when looking for your dream dress! The shop is beautiful, the fitting rooms are spacious, the selection is astonishing, we had a private suite with champagne, and my stylist was excellent. The customer service and professionalism is TOP NOTCH! Night and day different from the shop we were at previously. She was teaching us a master class in bridal gowns and my body and what works best vs what I THOUGHT worked best. There are no words to describe how incredible happy I am about my dream dress and this whole experience. Shopping for my wedding dress at Bridal Boutique was a great experience from start to finish. There’s a reason this is known as the place to go for brides in the DFW area. My appointment was on a busy Saturday, but it started on time, was not rushed, and you could tell they were really trying to get me to find the dress of my dreams. I came in with a general style I was looking for (with photos) and my stylist quickly got to work pulling dresses that were like what I was wanting. She was very helpful throughout the try on process, making suggestions and remembering the comments we were making about individual dresses, even pulling more dresses as we went. When I finally realized I had found THE dress, they were great about communicating the timeline and next steps. As any anxious bride does, I did text them a few times ahead of the time the dress was due to be in to ask for updates, and they always responded back promptly and courteously. My dress also came in right when they said it would. They have MANY customers, but throughout this process they truly treated me like they valued my business, which was appreciated. I would recommend BB of Lewisville to any bride looking for the dress of their dreams.

Had the best experience here. I was able to book an appointment on a Sunday with my bridesmaids and was not rushed. Tried on as many dresses until I found the one. Could not have been happier.

I’m going to highly recommend this place for one reason in particular.. Their customer service. And here is why.. Originally my private appointment did not go well. I paid for the private session with extra guests and for a few reasons or another it just didn’t work out and we didn’t find the dress of my dreams. I left feeling pretty discouraged. I ended up calling customer service a few days later and discussed my concerns and they were outstanding in their response. I got fully refunded and the stylist we had even emailed me to apologize. I truly believe it was just a bad day and that is all. The salon is beautiful and the concept of the private appointment is AMAZING. I would do it again for any of my friends even though this time it was for me. I’ve had multiple friends get their dresses here. Needless to say, you will be taken care of. I spoke with Jill, the customer service manager I believe, and she is a peach. She listened, validated, and resolved. Not every experience is going to be magical and with the high volume this salon sees there is bound to be an experience or 2 that doesn’t go well but how they handle themselves after and treat the guest is extremely admirable in my book.
